I.T. Worx is an information technology company targeting small, medium and large sized businesses. We service Macintosh, Windows and UNIX computer systems. We are an Authorized Apple Reseller and Authorized Apple Service Provider.
how we do it
The computer industry has a history of providing mechanical service for others while largely ignoring the people we serve. It is the mission of I.T. Worx to focus on obtaining an in-depth understanding of our client’s business in order to assist them with technology decisions to meet current needs and plan for future growth.
There is a growing trend in our industry to outsource customer phone support and application development, often outside of the country. We are proud to be a NC company servicing our customers face to face. We believe our approach to customer service is the vital ingredient that has set us apart and fueled our growth.
