Second Quarter Commitment To Excellence Awards Announced

Apple, Inc. — May 20, 2009 —Congratulations to the Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) ship-to locations in Canada and the United States that have earned the Commitment To Excellence program recognition for Apple's second quarter (Q2) of 2009.

The Commitment To Excellence award program seeks to recognize AASPs on a quarterly basis for their
accomplishments in the AppleCare Service Excellence (ACSE) program. An award plaque or plate is mailed out quarterly to each eligible ship-to location that has met the Commitment To Excellence program award criteria.

For Apple's second fiscal quarter of 2009, 16 ship-to locations in the U.S. met the Commitment To Excellence award criteria for the first time. A perpetual award plaque will be mailed to the 16 new award recipients in May 2009. One hundred seventy-nine (179) ship-to locations that previously received a plaque in 2008/2009 continued to meet the award criteria and will be receiving a Q2 2009 plate.

Australian based Liquip International is an organization which manufactures fueling systems for military and commercial aircraft.

THE CHALLENGE

The Reidsville, NC location was in need of an overall I.T. strategy and Application Development. Our discovery process uncovered networking issues, server integration, performance degradation, email system shortfalls, as well as the client was requesting a Cost Accounting and Purchase Order System.

OUR SOLUTION

Our solution was to come in with a vision for utilizing as much of the existing system in order to maximize the existing investment. Through careful re-purposing of equipment, prudent upgrades to the network, additions of new hardware & software, and the training of staff we were able to give back control of the system to the client. We have completed a Purchase Order System and are in development with enhancements to the Accounting System.
